Design Concept:

The design concept of this villa was shaped by its constraints. To ensure proper lighting in all spaces, the overall form of the building was designed in an L shape. This villa is single-story, and due to height restrictions, a split-level was used to separate the living room from other areas. The kitchen is located in the northeast and features a sunroom garden, creating a very pleasant and calm space with a modern water feature for breakfast.

Despite the design limitations, all the client's requirements were met.
